IDENTIFY

LET US KNOW WHAT YOU NEED

Help us identify residents who are "slipping through the cracks" and need help. They may need help with household repairs, paying a utility bill, keeping their home up to city code standards, buying medical supplies for their elderly mom or perhaps they need food.

They are our neighbors who need some help but would never ask for assistance. Let's find them together and quietly ease their burden.
