Leave The Light On Foundation, Inc. is a family-to-family organization whose mission is to provide emotional, practical and creative support services to those who care for aging and chronically ill loved ones.

Founded December 2010 and Registered as a New York State Not-For-Profit Corporation
(Type B-Section 201).

Member of the Westchester County (New York) Department of Senior Programs and Services -
Caregiver Coalition.

Trained by Westchester County DSPS/Fordham University’s Center on Aging - Caregiver Coaching Program.

December 2012 – Launch of Leave The Light On Foundation’s Caregiver Support Groups
at Hudson Valley Hospital Center in Cortlandt Manor, New York.

March 2014 - The Internal Revenue Service recognizes Leave The Light On Foundation Inc.
as a Section 501 (c) (3) public charity.

May 2014 - Registered as a Charitable Organization with the State of Tennessee- Division of Charitable Solicitations and Gaming.

August 2014 - State of Tennessee Department of Revenue grants Leave The Light On Foundation

A Music Extravaganza was launched in Nashville, TN (Music City USA).

December 2017 - Leave The Light On Foundation celebrates it's 7 year anniversary.

June 2018 - (California) Leave The Light On Foundation participates in the Cancer Survivors Day at the San Diego Veterans Administration.

September 2018 (Alabama) - Leave The Light On Foundation is registered as a charitable organization with the Office of the Alabama Attorney General.

November 2018 - (Alabama) Leave The Light On Foundation sponsors the luncheon and panel discussion at the Caregiver Summit hosted by the Tuskegee Alumni Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.

March 2019 - (Tennessee) Leave The Light On Foundation launched it's "Neighbors Who Care" program with its first annual LTLOF Neighbors Who Care Awards Celebration in East Nashville.
